PTO Programs for Travel Therapists

Have it all: Cirrus Allied travelers earn PTO after just two travel therapy job assignments!

Receive 5 days of PTO annually, provided you work 2000 hours within a calendar year. You’ll earn your first 2 days of PTO after only 6 months.

Participation is a snap: as an employee of Cirrus Allied, you’re automatically enrolled. When you reach the milestones and earn PTO, you’ll receive an email notification.

Redemption is even easier: Any time after receiving your PTO email, write PTO on your timesheet. If you’re saving PTO for in-between assignments, send in a timesheet for that week with your PTO request. If you end your employment with Cirrus Allied, be sure to request PTO on your final paycheck.

Prefer cash? No problem, the PTO appears as wages on your paystub, but you can request it at any time, even if you don’t take time off. It’s just like receiving a cash bonus.

There are requirements: Not all employees want to work full time. You need to work 40 hours per week, every week, with no more than 10 days off during the year, or you need to average 38.5 hours per week, every week, with no days off during the year. If you work fewer hours than these, you will not reach the PTO milestones.

Other options: Some travelers prefer more time off and a lighter schedule, and may not earn PTO. That’s ok; The Anniversary Rewards Program rewards you for loyalty and tenure with Cirrus Allied, regardless of the number of hours you work during a year. Click here for additional information.
